The bigger picture

Behind the scenes, hAI Mail runs background AI agents that build a genuine understanding of your communication: your relationships, your patterns, and the boundaries around sensitive information. That intelligence is exposed through an MCP server, and soon a ChatGPT app, so you can reach all your mailboxes in one place and pull out whatever you need through an ordinary conversation.

The wider goal is a voice-first, provider-agnostic email assistant you can reach in many ways, one that changes how you work across every account you own. Less time lost to triage, less effort spent searching, and far less risk of missing the one message that actually mattered.

hAI Mail is built to be provider-agnostic. Gmail works today. Outlook and IMAP support are coming, for one view across every account.

Relationship-aware drafting (coming).

Replies that match the tone and formality you would naturally use with each person.

A warning before you send if a message contains something the recipient should not see, the kind of slip that is easy to make and hard to undo.

Connect your inboxes.

Add every Gmail account you own, securely and read-only. You grant permission through Google, and you can revoke it at any time.

hAI Mail gets to work.

Its background agents analyse your mail and build the intelligence that allows ChatGPT to answer your queries about your inboxes accurately.

Privacy & security

Privacy is built in from the first line of code.

We never store your email. Message bodies and attachment file names are analysed in the moment and discarded straight after. We keep only lightweight metadata and the insights we derive, never the content of your mail.

Read-only access. hAI Mail reads your Gmail to understand it. It does not send, change, or delete anything.

Encrypted at rest and in transit. Sensitive data is encrypted in our database, and your connection credentials are encrypted too.

Never used to train models. Your data works for you and for nothing else.

You stay in control. Delete your data or disconnect whenever you want, and revoke access directly from your Google Account.
